About Jason & Robyn

Two Olympians.
Two distinctly
different journeys.
One shared conviction.

Human beings should not have to lose themselves in order to discover what they are capable of.

The story beneath the work

We know what achievement can give—and what it can take.

Our work grew from a simple question: What if pursuing our potential could make us more whole, not less?

We each reached the Olympic Games through very different paths. We also learned, in different ways, that impressive outcomes can coexist with fear, disconnection, exhaustion, and a fragile sense of self.

Those experiences changed how we understand performance. Today, we help people and organizations pursue ambitious goals while strengthening the qualities that make achievement worth having: health, self-worth, trust, purpose, and connection.

High performance becomes sustainable when people are treated not as instruments of results, but as human beings capable of growth.
Two perspectives, one body of work

Experience that reaches
well beyond sport.

Our Olympic backgrounds shape us, but they do not define the limits of our work. We bring decades of lived and professional experience into every conversation.

Jason Dorland

Coach, author & speaker

Performance · Leadership · Purpose

Jason represented Canada in rowing at the 1988 Seoul Olympics. He later spent 15 years teaching and coaching in schools, guided elite crews to international success, co-founded a natural-foods company, and built a practice helping leaders and high achievers redefine success. He has written three books and is currently finishing his fourth.

His work is candid and deeply personal, shaped by both achievement and the difficult reckoning that followed it. He brings an educator’s clarity, a coach’s curiosity, and a storyteller’s willingness to say what often goes unsaid.

Robyn Meagher

Coach, counsellor & facilitator

Well-being · Transition · Self-connection

Robyn represented Canada as a middle-distance runner at two Olympic Games and competed at the highest levels of international sport for 17 years on the National Team. Her later work in coaching, counselling, facilitation, and corporate wellness reflects a longstanding commitment to the whole person.

Robyn brings warmth, insight, and a grounded understanding of change. She helps people listen beneath the noise, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater compassion, courage, and trust.

What guides us

The principles beneath every workshop, coaching conversation, and keynote.

01
People are not outcomes.

Results matter, but they should never become the measure of a person’s worth.

02
Awareness comes before change.

Lasting growth begins when we can see clearly—without blame, performance, or pretence.

03
Health and excellence belong together.

Sustainable achievement supports the person producing it rather than quietly consuming them.

04
We become more through one another.

Trust, belonging, and honest connection allow individual potential to become collective possibility.
