If you’re familiar with how Canadian Geese travel thousands of miles together, you’ll understand our choice of analogies. If not, let us explain. Geese can fly further and faster when they travel in a V-shaped formation. Once in that formation, they take turns leading the group—they share the heavy lifting—and adopt a syner-gistic relationship. The byproduct of that relationship is a higher-performing team.
That relationship enables them to be more effective in achieving what they all want as individuals—traveling south for the winter or returning north for the summer. They could fly by themselves, but they don’t. Instead, they choose to work together—as a team. They co-create a strategy that supports each of their needs in the moment and the result they all want.
With our work, we adopt a similar strategy. Combined with your lived experience and input, like the geese, we help co-create a deeper understanding of that which supports what you want as a result of working with us. Our combined efforts create more positive momentum, which moves your goals forward in a way you might be hard-pressed to do on your own.

Growing up in a culture so focused on results—namely winning—it’s no wonder that individuals today have forgotten how to engage in the necessary process of finding their own personal excellence. Jason and Robyn will show you how to connect physically, mentally and emotionally with the process of what it takes to discover your best and achieve high performance on a level you may not have considered possible.
A large part of what impedes many individuals from achieving their best is the mental and emotional messaging that they have heard throughout their lifetime and, perhaps more importantly, what they have made it mean. ‘We do the best we can with what we know’ is the foundation of our operating systems. Unfortunately, what we know—what we’ve been taught—is limiting. Everything from our stick & carrot culture to our insatiable appetite to chase success to defining ourselves by what we do and accomplish—all of it interferes with our ability to simply be our best
The High Performance Journey challenges participants to re-think those traditional limiting paradigms and discover a more holistic approach to inspiring greatness. The tools that are shared will support improved performance, greater engagement, higher work satisfaction, better health, positive measured results, accountability, success and a stronger culture of team and belonging.
Jason’s storytelling strikes a note of integrity and honesty rarely seen. His story, a compelling and very personal journey, coupled with his witty self-deprecating humour fully engages his audience and leaves them with life-changing messages that resonate for years. Never lecturing, Jason simply challenges us to rethink our traditional perspectives on high-performance in business, sport and life, and asks us to explore how we can achieve personal success more effectively and with greater fulfillment and joy.
Jason believes the mental and emotional components of pursuing high-performance in every aspect of our lives are the most undervalued and underutilized of everything we deem necessary in that pursuit. How we think and feel about what we do and why we do it is integral to achieving success at the highest level. In fact, he would consider it one of the greatest paradox that exist in society today, that in order to achieve our life’s dreams and goals we need to focus on the outcome of those goals—keep our eyes on the prize! Jason’s experience tells him, nothing could be further from the truth.
We have been convinced that in order to reach our goals all we need to do is engage in a series of physical tasks. If we work extremely hard, persevere through challenges, commit ourselves to success and never ever consider giving up on our dreams—above all else, these will ensure that we win! Fair enough. Jason won’t deny that grit is essential when achieving any goal. However, his simple question regarding that deeply held belief—who doesn’t know that? And, if these tasks are so easily accessible, why doesn’t everyone win—why don’t we all achieve our dreams and goals?
If Jason has realized anything as an Olympian, business owner, author, coach and teacher it’s that everyone knows they need to work hard, but it’s those who find intrinsically-based reasons to do that work that ultimately achieve their goals more easily and with greater success.
Jason will show you how to build the organizational culture necessary to ignite the passion and work ethic that you and those you support embrace. Be careful, though—the byproduct of that new culture may very well be something beyond your original dreams!
