Jason’s storytelling strikes a note of integrity and honesty rarely seen. His story, a compelling and very personal journey, coupled with his witty self-deprecating humour fully engages his audience and leaves them with life-changing messages that resonate for years. Never lecturing, Jason simply challenges us to rethink our traditional perspectives on high-performance in business, sport and life, and asks us to explore how we can achieve personal success more effectively and with greater fulfillment and joy.
CONTEXT: Control the controllable—how many times do we hear that advice when dealing with an over-stimulating environment that can distract us and easily take us away from our best performance? Lots! Understandable when you think about it—the premise of time and task management verses the execution of those tasks can be two different worlds. As a business person, coach, athlete, etc… we can get lost in the our goals with regard to how we engage in them and even, at times, why we engage in them. Jason was no different. As an athlete and coach, he was constantly reminded of the significance of outcome—winning-at-all-costs. However, what enabled Jason to find success in many different disciplines was his ability to, paradoxically, let go of the outcome and focus, instead, on what that outcome required.
OPPORTUNITY: Through Jason’s keynote, you will learn how the power of process can literally transform the way you engage in your goals. His message will challenge the way you experience traditional perspectives around competition and success, and leave you with the tools to engage in the practice required for improved performance, leaving you with positive measured results, accountability and success.
There is a difference between a goal and an intention—but, when you understand how they’re related, you set yourself up for greater success!
Please Note: Jason conducts multiple interviews with all of his clients prior to his engagements. To find out how this message can be fine-tuned to more specifically fit your requirements, please feel free to contact him.
